2am In Chicago…

Welcome new lessons. New rapports and relationships. You deserve late mornings because of long nights. It’s 2am; I am in a neighboring city. All in pursuit of something that I feel like has always belonged to me. What’s the biggest lesson in that?

Patience. Patient enough that when life circles back to make things what they are suppose to be; you are healed and confident enough to let life run its course with no regret.

Don’t let your own logic talk you out of becoming exactly who you’re supposed to be

• Make a statement when the opportunity presents itself

• Genuine moments are rare: enjoy them while you can.

• being authentic is a mindset not a gesture
